      1.Order Processing Time

We strive for efficiency. Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 24 hours, usually the same day or next business day, from our FLEXIGRIP Logistics Center.

      2.Shipping Destinations & Delivery Time

We work with trusted shipping partners, including FedEx, DHL, UPS, USPS, and local last-mile delivery carriers, depending on the destination and delivery route.

Express Global Shipping: 3–10 business days.

Note: While many orders to major cities in the US and Europe arrive within 3–5 business days, please allow up to 10–12 days for Middle Eastern regions, customs inspections, remote areas, holidays, or other carrier-related delays.

     3.Multi-Market Pricing & Currency

To ensure a seamless shopping experience, our store supports local currency checkout, including USD, GBP, CAD, SAR, AED, and other supported currencies.

Please note that product prices in certain regions may reflect adjusted rates to cover international logistics costs and premium handling fees for high-value items.

     4.Shipping Terms & Restrictions

No P.O. Boxes: We do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO, or FPO addresses to ensure secure delivery.

Signature Required: Some orders may require a signature upon delivery for security purposes.

Address Accuracy: Customers are responsible for providing correct and complete shipping addresses at checkout, including apartment, unit, building, or suite number when applicable.

    5.Taxes & Duties

We aim to make your shopping experience simple and transparent. In most cases, customers do not need to pay additional delivery-related fees upon receiving their order.

However, customs policies and local tax rules may vary by destination. Any duties, taxes, or import-related charges assessed by local authorities are determined by the destination country or region.

      6.Shipping Fees

We offer free shipping to supported international markets. If your location is identified as a remote area by the carrier, we will contact you before shipment.

     7.Lost, Delayed or Delivery Issues

If a package is marked as “Delivered” but you cannot locate it, please contact us within 48 hours. We will help review the tracking record, delivery confirmation, and available carrier investigation options.
