Shipping & Delivery

Thank you for visiting and shopping at Flexigrip. The following terms and conditions constitute our Shipping & Delivery policy.

Shipment processing time
In-stock items: Ship the same day if payment is confirmed by 2:00 PM (GMT+8); otherwise ship the next business day.

Made-to-order / custom coloring: 3–5 business days to prepare before shipment.

During peak seasons or payment verification, processing may take 1–2 extra business days. We’ll notify you by email if additional information is needed.

Shipping rates & delivery estimates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout by destination, weight/volume, and service level. An estimated delivery window will be shown before you pay.

Delivery delays can occasionally occur.

Estimated transit time (business days):
USA (contiguous 48 states): 3–7 · Canada: 4–8 · UK/EU: 5–9 · Australia/NZ: 5–9 · Other countries/regions: 7–12
Delivery estimates exclude customs clearance, remote-area delays, and force majeure.

Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses
We ship to street addresses and to APO/FPO/DPO where supported by the carrier. P.O. Boxes: Not available (except via USPS to eligible destinations). Please ensure your address and phone number are accurate; address changes can be made before shipment by contacting support.

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking
You will receive a shipment confirmation email with your tracking number(s) once your order ships. Tracking may become active within 24–48 hours.

Customs, Duties and Taxes
Orders to countries outside the origin may be subject to import duties, VAT/GST, and fees. Unless otherwise stated, shipments are DDU—duties/taxes are paid by the receiver upon delivery.

Damages
If your package arrives damaged or is not delivered within the expected window, contact us within 7 days of the delivery date (or expected date). We will open a claim with the carrier and arrange a replacement or refund according to the investigation result. Please keep all packaging materials for inspection.

International Shipping Policy
We ship to most countries worldwide. Some destinations or remote areas may have limited service or surcharges. Contact us if your country isn’t available at checkout.
