Refund and Returns Policy
At Flexigrip, your satisfaction is our top priority. We are committed to providing you with the highest quality products. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help with our straightforward 30-day return policy.
1. Our 30-Day Return Promise
You have 30 days from the date you receive your item to initiate a return or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:
- The item must be in its original, factory condition.
- The wig must be unworn, unwashed, uncut, and unaltered in any way.
- The lace must be intact and NOT cut.
- The item must be in its original packaging, with all tags and promotional gifts included.
Please Note: We do not sell refurbished or previously owned products, therefore, we cannot accept returns on items that have been used or altered.
2. How to Start a Return or Exchange
To ensure a smooth process, please follow these steps:
- Step 1: Contact Us First
Before sending back any item, you must contact our Customer Experience team at service@flexigrip.com. Please include the following in your email:- Your Order Number.
- The Reason for the return/exchange.
- Photos or videos of the item, especially if there is a quality issue (e.g., wrong item, wrong color, damage). This will help us resolve your issue more quickly.
- Step 2: Receive Return Instructions
Our team will review your request and, upon approval, will provide you with the correct return shipping address and any additional instructions. - Step 3: Ship Your Item Back
Please securely package the item and ship it back to the address provided by our team. We highly recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.
IMPORTANT: Do not send returns to the address on the original package or without obtaining prior authorization from our team. Any unauthorized returns may not be processed, and any resulting loss will be your responsibility.
3. Types of Returns & Shipping Costs
- For Quality Issues, Damaged Items, or Our Mistake (e.g., wrong item sent):
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, we sincerely apologize. Please contact us within 30 days of receipt. Once the issue is confirmed, we will provide you with a prepaid shipping label or reimburse you for the return shipping costs. You will be eligible for a full refund or a free exchange. - For No-Reason Returns (e.g., you changed your mind, style doesn’t suit you):
If you wish to return an item for personal reasons, you are welcome to do so within 30 days. In this case, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs. The original shipping fee (if any) is non-refundable as it has been paid to the shipping carrier.
4. Refunds
- Processing: Once your return is received and inspected at our facility, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Issuance: If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment (e.g., credit card, PayPal).
- Timeline: Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to be processed after your return has been inspected.
Late or Missing Refunds:
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account or PayPal again. Then, contact your credit card company or bank, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at service@flexigrip.com
5. Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item for a different style, color, or size, please contact our customer service team. We will guide you through the process. The fastest way is typically to return your original item for a refund and place a new order for the item you want.
