Payment Methods

1. Credit & Debit Cards
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover.
All card payments are processed by our PCI DSS Level 1–certified partner (Stripe). Your card details are encrypted in transit and are not stored on our servers. Where supported, we may request 3-D Secure verification.
Refunds: Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Posting time depends on your bank (typically 3–10 business days after we issue the refund).
2. Pay with PayPal
When you select PayPal at checkout, you will be redirected to PayPal’s secure payment page. Log in to your PayPal account to confirm and complete the payment. If you don’t have a PayPal account, you can choose “Pay with Debit or Credit Card” to check out as a guest.
3. Express Checkout (Digital Wallets)
Apple Pay and Google Pay are available on compatible devices and browsers for a faster, secure checkout. Pricing, protections and return policy are the same as card payments.
About Transaction Fees
In some cases, your bank may charge a foreign transaction fee for international purchases. This fee is determined by your bank’s policy and is charged directly by them. Flexigrip does not receive this fee. If you have questions about potential transaction fees, please contact your issuing bank for clarification.
Taxes & Duties
1. Sales Tax
For customers within the United States, applicable sales tax will be calculated and added to your order total at checkout, based on your shipping address. This is required by law.
2. Customs Duties & Import Taxes
Our prices displayed on the website do not include international taxes, duties, or customs fees.
When you place an order with Flexigrip, you are the importer of record and are responsible for any import duties, taxes, or other customs fees that may be levied by your country’s customs office. These charges are separate from your shipping costs and are payable directly to the carrier or customs office.
Flexigrip has no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. We recommend contacting your local customs office for more information on their policies and procedures before placing your order.
